Goodbye Travis Marina, hello Clipper Cove Yacht Harbor! Really excited to move to a new place after 10 years. Yes, will miss the view of the Golden Gate Bridge and the show of fog rolling into the bay. But considering all the pluses:

- Mollie Stones grocery store within 5min walk
- Biking distance to West Marine, yoga, weekend farmers market, great breakfast places – Fred’s, Lighthouse, Equador
- View of Mt. Tam at sunset and of Tiburon lights at night
