Goodbye Travis Marina, hello Clipper Cove Yacht Harbor! Really excited to move to a new place after 10 years. Yes, will miss the view of the Golden Gate Bridge and the show of fog rolling into the bay. But considering all the pluses:

• Well maintained docks that are not falling apart.
• Well maintained boats that don’t have halyards banging on masts all through the night
• Dredged marina where I can get out even in low tide
• Keyless entry with working FOBs
• Carts to haul stuff to/from boat
• WiFi
• Dedicated power & water hookups
• Clean toilets, showers, and laundry
• Bike storage
• Fish and Seahorse restaurants within 2min walk
• Mollie Stones grocery store within 5min walk
• Biking distance to West Marine, yoga, weekend farmers market, great breakfast places – Fred’s, Lighthouse, Equador
• View of Mt. Tam at sunset and of Tiburon lights at night

In short, loving it!
