With dry fitting and prep done, finished the install of the swim ladder bases.

After finishing foot blocks, got everything dry fitted and ready to install. Can varnish now.

Small prep tasks
Made a small cut-out in the bracket connecting port-side bulkhead and beam. Will need to powder coat it in the TheShop to make it look good again.
Started work on brackets that will secure holding tank cover.
Made new backing strips for jib tracks and added padding to the starboard-side backing plate for the winch.
Stern pulpits are in
After the dry fit, realized that I had to grind off internal repairs and make several oversize backing plates before finalizing pulpit install. Besides a minor crack in the fiberglass at the stern, things went smoothly.
Dock box clean up
Took all the old HW to Duke’s Chandlery and used the opportunity to clean out cruft from the dock box.
Got the traveler!
Dry-fitting the traveler today, realized that raisers for it are too tall and need to be shortened by about 2.5″. Sent them back for adjustment. That thing is so solid.

Started putting together new post for better support of cabin top

Got most of the panels ready for assembly.
