With help from my friend Viktra, the fireplace was wired to DC so that blower works and the propane hose was connected. Can’t wait to test it out.
Water tank upgrades
Installed water level sensor and bibs for fill and vent hoses on the water tank. Also updated the outflow hose and added a shutoff valve. Connected the fill hose to deck fill and installed the vent hose loop but haven’t yet attached to the tank (waiting for sealant to set).
Also installed the water level gauge. Not wired in yet.
Installed main DC shutoff switch
Deck shower installed
City water connection inlet
Installed water fill
Faucet, filter, pump, strainer
Built shelf for water heater
Starting work on the fresh water system
Designed the fresh water system with a few key components:
- 25 Gal water tank (existing) with deck fill, vent
- Water level sensor & gauge (12V)
- Main shutoff valve
- Water pump with strainer & silencing hoses (12V)
- Accumulation tank
- 6 gal water heater (A/C)
- Inline water purifier / filter
- 2 sinks & faucets: galley and head
- Electric marine toilet (12V)
- City water inlet with pressure regulator and a check valve to separate it from pump-based circuit
- Deck shower
The goal is to get most of this under the head sink so the space will be pretty tight and new shelf would need to be built to support the water heater. Will be super fun to get that all installed, connected, and working.
