Mast starts to look like a mast
Got new antennae
Since my VHF antennae was stolen together with stern pulpits, I got a new one today. Will place it at the top of the mast as having it down below wasn’t optimal – people tend to try to grab it when the going gets rough.
Fixing the radio
The VHF is not working too well as the antenna cable was clipped. With help of my friend, Andrey, we’ve set up a new antenna and hocked it up to the radio. After multiple times of trying to check it on channel 9, we asked on channel 16 and got yelled at by the Coast Guard 🙂
