The base plates for cleats arrived as a separate shipment (late!). After a quick inspection, it was obvious that cleats looked much better with the plates on. Ended up pulling the 3 installed cleats out, restoring the threads with dies, and re-bedding them again. Tedious… but with an awesome looking end result.
