Following expert’s recommendation, the battery shelf was upgraded to restrict any movement and minimize damage to batteries while underway. With lots of help from friends, 4 batteries x 2 sides x 3 pieces = 24 custom parts were made out of 1.5″ wide aluminum stock. One gazillion holes were drilled. And everything was put together in a clean and beautiful install. We also made a new custom shelf for the 4th battery, which will sit in front of the engine for better weight distribution.
