Even though the sail is brand new, one of the shackles already got loose and had to be sewn back. We strengthened others as well by adding a few more stitches to each.
Hatch teak base
Making a wooden teak base for the new hatch to reconcile all the deck curves with the flat frame of the hatch. Fun with woodworking. Teak smells good
Rainbows & sails
Had an awesome sail to Angel Island with friends on companion boat.
Slow fun sail and rig tuning
Went out for a quick sail to do some final adjustments to the rig. Love fest was going on in SF so the sky had fun scribbles done by a love-struck pilot.
Finished chart table supports
A few coats of varnish and this job is done.
